Your brand new role will see you work closely with stakeholders from within an Agile delivery team, defining detailed requirements and acceptance criteria (Features and Stories), working with developers and testers, and helping deliver the enhancements.
- Documentation, User stories, acceptance criteria etc.
- Translate stakeholder/ business requirements into function designs
- Guide developers through solution design/ feature development
- Prioritise sprints alongside the Scum Master and business stakeholders
- UAT test, cases, tools, methodologies definition
- Improve customer satisfaction and system performance thought data collection/ analysis and problem resolution.
- Ensure service delivery is to agreed levels by liaising with vendors
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Key skills and experience required
- Strong experience in a Function Analyst or similar position in a large and complex IT projects / environment/s
- Able to lead a significantly complex piece of analysis work
- Elicitation experience required including senior stakeholder engagement
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience in soliciting and documentation of detailed business requirements
- ServiceNow, SAMS and Salesforce platforms experience
- Experience across Peoplesoft preferred
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- Experience in Agile environments is an advantage
