Our client is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant that will be responsible for contributiing to the success of a Dynamics 365 implementation in the Finance & Operations division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Dynamics 365 subject matter expertise in Finance & Operations
  • Configure Dynamics 365 including forms, workflows, reports, and security.
  • Coordinate systems upgrade testing.
  • Create business cases
  • Provide training to Supply Chain and Finance users
  • Promote continuous service improvement using Dynamics 365.

Skills and Experience:
  • Recent Functional and configuration experience of Microsoft Dynamics
  • Knowledge of Finance & Operations with an emphasis on Supply Chain operations.
  • 3+ years' experience in organisational Supply Chain operations.
  • Experience developing business cases, business requirements and UAT Test Scripts.
  • Experience conducting stakeholder workshops
  • Exposure to the Agile project methodology
  • Exposure to the ITIL service management framework.
  • Experience in process automation and integration.
  • Experience in using data warehousing and Power BI.
