The Role
Our client is looking to implement a number of SuccessFactors modules, and as the successful candidate, you will act as the intermediary between end-users, IT and the implementation partner to ensure that user requirements are delivered. Within this role you will be involved in the following tasks:
- Document As-Is and To-Be HR processes
- Review opportunities for process improvement
- Assist with system deployment, including change management and training
- Assist in the development and execution of test case scenarios
- Assist in the configuration and support of the system
- Development of custom reporting and dashboards
- Support and manage quarterly releases
- Generate and schedule reports including the manipulation of reports into desired forms when needed
- Resolution of workflow and support requests from the business
- Maintain security group assignments
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar
- Understanding of and ability to design future-state processes, considering stakeholder needs
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, in particular, Excel, Word and Visio
- Good understanding of the Human Resource function, practices and general workflows (Including payroll)
- Cloud-based HRIS implementation experience, ideally using SuccessFactors, however other platforms eg Workday would be equally as good
- Proven experience and track record in the successful end to end implementation of HRIS projects
