The Client

Our client is a leading global architecture and design company, operating in Australia, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North America. They place human experience at the centre of their design process to deliver engaging, future-oriented projects that respond to the way people use space. 

The Role

Our client is looking to implement a number of SuccessFactors modules, and as the successful candidate, you will act as the intermediary between end-users, IT and the implementation partner to ensure that user requirements are delivered. Within this role you will be involved in the following tasks:
  • Document As-Is and To-Be HR processes
  • Review opportunities for process improvement
  • Assist with system deployment, including change management and training
  • Assist in the development and execution of test case scenarios
  • Assist in the configuration and support of the system
  • Development of custom reporting and dashboards
  • Support and manage quarterly releases
  • Generate and schedule reports including the manipulation of reports into desired forms when needed
  • Resolution of workflow and support requests from the business
  • Maintain security group assignments
Experience required
  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar
  • Understanding of and ability to design future-state processes, considering stakeholder needs
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, in particular, Excel, Word and Visio
  • Good understanding of the Human Resource function, practices and general workflows (Including payroll)
  • Cloud-based HRIS implementation experience, ideally using SuccessFactors, however other platforms eg Workday would be equally as good
  • Proven experience and track record in the successful end to end implementation of HRIS projects
