Our client is a leading global software vendor, offering a broad range of products and services in the financial accounting domain.
Role
As the successful candidate, you will scope, document and implement a HCM solution to a broad range of small to medium-sized customers. Within this role you will:
- Conduct discovery sessions
- Develop Statement of Work Documentation based on Discovery sessions and communicate the solution to the customer
- Assist the project manager to deliver each project effectively, using implementation models within pre-determined budgets and timelines, and analysing client business requirements for optimal configuration of systems and databases
- Manage the customer implementation process through effective use of change control and adhering to project management standards
- Document requirements, business processes, application configurations, testing plans and other artefacts
- Configure the HCM platform to meet customer requirements
- Budgetary Management
- Participate in project status updates and preparing relevant project documentation
- Prepare and deliver end-user training sessions to facilitate successful adoption
- Minimum of 4 years' software implementation experience
- Experience providing technical support for complex/technical product, solution and/or software products and/or services
- Ability to assume a lead functional role, building trusted customer relationships
- Broad knowledge of HR applications, workflows and business processes
- Ability to engage with customers and understand their requirements
