Our client is a large Consultancy who has won a project with one of the big four banks based in Melbourne CBD.
They are currently seeking a Native Mandarin speaking Help desk analyst to join on an initial 6-month contract with likely extensions.
Key Job Responsibilities are as follows:
- Take Inbound Customer Calls
- Complete Outbound Calls for the customer
- Must have Financial Voice/Helpdesk experience
- Fluent in Mandarin & English
