Essential skills and experience required:
- 3-7 years HR experience
- Ability to work across multiple teams and managers
- Previous experience working in the mining or oil and gas industry
- Extensive experience providing case management services
- HR Policies and procedures management experience
- Strong employee relations, performance management experience
- Ability to coach leadership team and employees
- Process improvement skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Change management skills
