Our well known Perth based client is seeking HR Professionals at Officer and Advisor level to join an existing and growing team for an initial 6 month contract + extensions. On offer is to work for an innovative, flexible and friendly mining organisation in the CBD!

To be successful for this role you will need to be locally Perth based with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 

Essential skills and experience required:
  • 3-7 years HR experience 
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and managers
  • Previous experience working in the mining or oil and gas industry 
  • Extensive experience providing case management services
  • Policies and procedures management experience
  • Strong employee relations, performance management experience
  • Strong communications and relationship building skills
  • Ability to coach leadership team and employees
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Industrial Law or Organisational Psychology 
  • Analytical skill set in dealing with complex data
  • Process improvement skills
  • Ability to work autonomously 
  • Good SAP and MS Office skills
  • Change management skills
