Talent International is working in partnership with a government organisation in assisting in sourcing a HR Business Partner on a contract based in Sydney.
* Degree qualifications in HR or related discipline, business, commerce and/or extensive experience in a similar role.
· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
· Demonstrated ability to analyse and problem solve with emphasis on system and process improvement.
· Strong teamwork and collaborative skills with the ability to work independently as required.
· Highly developed organizational skills with ability to work to deadlines.
· Experience in the use of computerised recruitment and personnel systems.
· Demonstrated commitment to providing superior customer service.
