About the role:
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager who will be developing and implementing HR strategies, provide advice and guidance to employees addressing any issues or grievances and maintain relationships with staff across the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for workforce planning, employee relations, and HR reporting and analytics and performance management. You will help with the development programs around learning and ensure contract compliance and efficiency is met within the workplace. Other duties may include:


Skills and experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in HR management
  • Experience with HR metrics, planning and organisational design
  • Proven experience using HR systems and databases
  • Knowledge of HR/labour laws and practices
  • Excellent communications skills and stakeholder engagement
