Our client is undertaking a large-scale business transformation overhauling the financial services. They are seeking an HR Specialist to play a key role in identifying and designing learning programs and solutions.
Initial 12 month Fixed Term contract on offer with a good likelihood of permanency. The role is based in Melbourne CBD.
Reporting to the lead of the Culture Self Assessment Roadmap / Project, you will be responsible for complex organisational design activities, guided by policies & procedures, legislation, and methodologies and standards. You will provide policy and operational advise and assist with culture review, design and implement new metric reporting for culture, capability review organisationally and senior leadership development program with stakeholders across the organisation, and review, analyse and report on existing organisational structures, functions, resources.
Previous experience in a similar organisational design role
Outstanding communication skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Strong analytical capabilities, and knowledge of organisational design best practices
Previous experience in large FInancial Services organisations highly regarded
