Exciting new opportunity to assist in the provision of a wide range of administrative and general support services to support the work areas and management team of the HR team of a well-established organisation.
  • Communicates effectively using a broad range of communication styles, welcomes feedback, establishes and maintains successful relationships (internal and external) for the purpose of achieving business outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Proactively plans, allocates resources, establishes priorities, assesses risks, implements and communicates plans and adjusts work to accomplish goals
  • Consistently strives to identify and improve processes, systems, products and/or services to achieve business and customer outcomes for now and the future  
  • Focuses on achieving efficient and quality results through effective use of resources and time, in line the corporate values
  • Manages and compiles records and information relevant to the work area, employing relevant systems, processes and standards and meeting compliance requirements
  • Utilises corporate systems, relevant software and technology to achieve outcomes efficiently and effectively
  • Administers procurement and expense management system for the work area; making and monitoring purchases, reconciling expenses and allocating costs for efficient office functioning
  • Provides administrative support services in a team environment to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations.
  • Applies skills to manage and structure schedules and calendars, and to plan travel movement for work area
  • Applies relevant HR policies, practices and frameworks to business processes to deliver compliant and sustainable outcomes
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 5+ years' experience in similar support and administrative roles within large multifunctional organisation.
  • Sound knowledge of the procedures and protocols for Board, Executive and other Committee Meeting Papers.
