Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced Office Coordinator to assist a Compliance Lead.

They will assist in the administration of contracts/ meetings/ record keeping using TRIM (EDRMS), creation and management of registers related to contract complaints/ / limited mobility/ contracts, scholarships, memorandums of understanding (MOU) and Agreements.

The successful candidate should have experience in managing contracts, vendor/ stakeholder relations, meetings, communications with all parties such as email, correspondence and be able to advise the Compliance Lead when issues arise that require immediate attention or resolution.

A part of the role is also the management of fire/emergency and safety procedures within Human Resources. So an understanding of such procedures are required.
