Our client is a Federal Government agency seeking an experienced Program Manager who has previous experience with managing Tier 1 Vendors and previous experience managing multiple projects within API, Infrastructure and cloud.

Responsibilities include;
  • Drive the Strategic direction 
  • Drive delivery, through project managers, external vendors and internal resources, of fit for purpose and robust ICT solutions to enable core elements of Agencies Strategic Plan.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with project sponsors and relevant business teams to ensure smooth implementation and effective engagement in project delivery.
  • Manage the completion of projects, delivering to agreed requirements, cost, timescales and quality.
  • Identify, assess and manage project dependencies, risks and issues and escalation appropriately as circumstances dictate.
To be successful in the role, you must have the following;
  • Minimum 10 years experience working at a Program Manager level delivering ICT projects
  • Managing Tier 1 vendors
  • CRM experience i.e Salesforce, Dynamics etc..
  • Federal Government experience is a bonus
  • Ability to obtain a baseline clearance
