The Role
The ICT Support Officer will perform a variety of functions including IT Service Desk, Desktop Support, Service Management, Continuous Service Improvement, Level 2 Support, Mobile Device Support, Voice Services and Asset Management.
Responsibilities include:
- Support to general ICT services;
- Queue Management and effective use of Service Now to update tickets;
- Process Improvement; and as required
- Complaints Handling and Case Escalation;
- Software Requests
- Incident communication
- Support Project transition to BAU
Skills & Attributes
- The successful applicant will have:
- ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- high degree of organisational and time management skills
- broad understanding of ICT systems
- knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) with qualifications desirable
- experience with ServiceNow is desirable
- demonstrated well developed written and oral communications skills
