The Role
The ICT Support Officer will perform a variety of functions including IT Service Desk, Desktop Support, Service Management, Continuous Service Improvement, Level 2 Support, Mobile Device Support, Voice Services and Asset Management.

Responsibilities include:
  • Support to general ICT services;
  • Queue Management and effective use of Service Now to update tickets;
  • Process Improvement; and as required
  • Complaints Handling and Case Escalation;
  • Software Requests
  • Incident communication
  • Support Project transition to BAU

Skills & Attributes
  • The successful applicant will have:
  • ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • high degree of organisational and time management skills
  • broad understanding of ICT systems
  • knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) with qualifications desirable
  • experience with ServiceNow is desirable
  • demonstrated well developed written and oral communications skills
It is a requirement that successful applicant must be an Australian Citizen and hold a minimum Baseline Clearance
