As an ICT Support Officer you will be responsible for the provision of a range of high-quality customer services to support the efficient and effective operation of the client's IT infrastructure environment and relevant business applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day to day ICT support to internal staff and clients as required
  • Support in-house business applications.
  • Configure, replace and rollout new ICT and communications hardware and software upgrades
  • Provide Systems Administration support for Microsoft and Citrix systems
  • Provide support for project work as directed by ICT Systems Administrator and IT Manager.
Required skills and Experience:
  • Understanding of corporate ICT environments.
  • Experience in a support desk or end-user support environment
  • Understanding of change management procedures for software updates.
  • Understanding of testing and deployment procedures for new applications and hardware.
  • Understanding of Windows, VMware, Citrix server environment
  • Basic understanding of Cisco UC phone systems (desirable)
  • Basic understanding of LAN and WAN networking (desirable)
  • Basic understanding of Airwatch or MDM and mobile device fleet management
  • Well-developed time management, problem-solving and decision making skills.
  • Exceptional commitment to customer service and an ability to set clear expectations, review progress, and provide feedback and guidance to others.
