You will have strong experience in software/hardware support troubleshooting, Mobile application management and Mobile device management support (MAM and MDM), Understanding of O365, White Gloves support for executive users and process improvement and documentation.
Initial access and conditional access and group membership creation for iOS and Android and Intune experience.

- Establish L1 & L2 call scriptings to determine source of issues in servicenow.
