Job Description

As part of the customer team for this global FMCG company, you will provide day-to-day support and be responsible for the management CRM Salesforce.

Skills and experience 
  • Level 2 support experience in IT Networks & Infrastructure
  • Previous experience in Salescloud Administration, Service Cloud/CRM Administration
    Integrations Troubleshooting and Incident Troubleshooting
    General knowledge of software and cloud computing systems
  • Knowledge of basic configurations of office and windows operating system 
  • Proactivity, autonomy and personal drive
