Job Description

Key responsibilities;
  • Maintaining program level schedule (including resource forecasting and tracking of milestones).
  • Liaison and tracking of tasks with Workstream Leads.
  • Consolidate project reporting delivered by Project Managers.
  • Scheduling and supporting of meetings and workshops.
  • Development of meeting/workshop materials (i.e. presentation decks, plans).
  • Co-ordination of professional services engagements (tracking progress, monitor expenditure, support team budget forecasting).
  • Tracking risks/issues across the program and escalating as required.
  • Create and maintain project documentation including statement of work agreements, schedules, registers, status reports, agendas, and minutes.
  • Maintain Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) Tool for the project streams, together with PMs.
Skills/ experience;
  • 3+ years proven experience working as a resource or project coordinator in the Information Technology industry.
  • Experience with project controls (schedule, budget, requirements, execution plans etc).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal/written) with a strong focus on building successful relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, determine your own work priorities, work independently and as part of a team.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
