Working for this global FMCG company the purpose of your new role is to provide a single point of contact for all employees needing IT assistance.  This role will provide first level customer service and technical support for the IT Computing environment.

Key accountabilities 
  • Provide IT Services support via telephone, email, walk-ups, chat, self-service and any other method of communication created for support interaction
  • Support for desktop, laptop hardware, printing, server connectivity, operating systems, related utilities and associated business and IT applications 
  • Strong focus on Customer Service Excellence and providing a positive employee experience
  • Support enterprise solutions for supporting Windows 7/Windows 10/Windows XX operating system and application platforms
  • Machine imaging, upgrades, replacements, maintenance
Skills and experience 
  • Minimum 3+ years experience working on a Corporate Service Desk
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems including Windows 7 and Windows 10, Server 2008, 2012
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365
  • Experience with RemedyForce or a similar Support Center tool
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer excellence focus
  • Ability to work 7am - 3pm Monday - Friday
