Skills / Responsibilities include:
- Provide level 1- 2 support for both hardware and software.
- Ensure SLA / KPIs are managed within their specified timeframes.
- Technical troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Support Windows OS, Legacy Systems, hardware, software, MS Office 2010-16 & Office 365.
- Support Active Directory and previous use of Microsoft Team (would be ideal)
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN environments and technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow (while ideal it is not mandatory).
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form with clients and end-users.
