We are seeking highly motivated individuals who thrive on challenges, work well in a team environment, and love providing great customer service and technology solutions!  

You must possess strong attention-to-detail, highly developed problem solving and troubleshooting abilities and display initiative and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Assisting customers via incoming calls and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Problem management and triage
  • Creation for additional QRG's and scripts
  • Escalating issues to different departments
  • Updating customer contact details in the system 
  • Working on SLA's
  • Engagement with resolver teams for resolution and follow
  • Experience in Salesforce and Service cloud (would be desirable)
