- ICT Support Officers - Windows Server and Network experience
- Desktop Support Officers - General desktop support experience
- Helpdesk/Service Desk - Level 1/Level 2 technical support/helpdesk experience
- Detailed understanding of laptops and workstations, server and network operations.
- Customer oriented and has appropriate interpersonal and time management skills.
- Previous experience in technology support.
- Knowledge of information technologies (software, hardware, voice and network) is essential.
- Sound knowledge of Windows 8, 10 and Office 365.
- Experience in Microsoft networking technologies, LAN, configuration of PC hardware and peripherals.
DCSI Child-related clearance would be a bonus.
