Our client is an established IT managed service provider (MSP) who are WA focused, owned and operated. In building-out their existing team, an opportunity exists for enthusiastic Level 1 Service Desk Analysts and Level 2 System Administrators on a permanent and full-time basis.

Role responsibilities include: 
  • Act as final point of escalation for the Service Desk team and Systems Administrators
  • Provide Level 1 and 2 technical IT Systems support to multiple clients / environments
  • Install and configure software patches for servers and network infrastructure
  • Maintain concise and up to date service tickets
  • Perform complex troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
  • Ensure security and privacy of customer systems and data
  • Assist with the design of solutions for customers / clients
You will have the following experience:
  • Must have previous experience working for an IT MSP company / environment
  • Microsoft Windows Server / 365 Expert level skills and certification
  • Cisco CCNP level Routing & Switching skills
  • ITIL Certification 
  • Excellent communication skills and a highly professional phone manner 
  • Genuine customer service focus 
  • Results driven work ethic and excellent attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can work both on their own and as part of a collaborative team
