Role responsibilities include:
- Act as final point of escalation for the Service Desk team and Systems Administrators
- Provide Level 1 and 2 technical IT Systems support to multiple clients / environments
- Install and configure software patches for servers and network infrastructure
- Maintain concise and up to date service tickets
- Perform complex troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
- Ensure security and privacy of customer systems and data
- Assist with the design of solutions for customers / clients
- Must have previous experience working for an IT MSP company / environment
- Microsoft Windows Server / 365 Expert level skills and certification
- Cisco CCNP level Routing & Switching skills
- ITIL Certification
- Excellent communication skills and a highly professional phone manner
- Genuine customer service focus
- Results driven work ethic and excellent attention to detail
- Self-starter who can work both on their own and as part of a collaborative team
