Our client is a large mining corporation who are working on a large program of work focused on Service Management Transformation. As part of the project they require a ITSM Analyst to work with the service management process/ product owners and SIAM provider.

3-6 month contract + possible extension
Brisbane CBD Location

 
IT services include the following ITIL life cycle process areas:
  • Service Strategy
  • Service Design
  • Service Transition
  • Service Operation
  • Continuous Improvement

You will enable:
  • Establishment and alignment of Service Management processes that underpin the common IT services in scope of the hybrid SIAM model and appropriate configuration of the ServiceNow service management tool.
  • Alignment of end-to-end Service Levels to meet agreed business requirements.
  • Continual improvement of Service Management processes.
  • Definition of delivery standards and policies.
  • Establishment of integrated performance management processes and standards across business services and delivery units
Experience Required
  • Understanding of ITIL 4 framework, practice areas, processes and good practice implementation
  • ServiceNow ITSM module functionality, configuration supporting service management processes and inter-process connection points within the tool/processes
  • ServiceNow ITSM report/dashboard/Performance Analytics product functionality & tailoring to support common IT services required to support a SIAM model
  • ITIL service management process governance good practice
  •  Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Consulting skills
  • Service Desk processes
  • Business Process Design
  • Continuous Improvement methodologies
Desired Experience:
  • Relevant experience in a hands-on IT Service Management role, working in a complex, enterprise multi-provider IT environment which includes off-shore, outsourced IT engagement in a SIAM model. Experience establishing a SIAM capability is a bonus.
  • ServiceNow ITSM, reports/dashboards/Performance Analytics configuration/tailoring to support a SIAM model.
  • SIAM model establishment and/or hands on practical experience working in a service management role in a SIAM model,
  •  Delivering or managing a broad range of IT services using ServiceNow Portfolio Management and Service Level Management modules.
