Our client is looking for a Service Management Lead able to manage Service management functions and operations as well as responsible for implementing Service management across the business.  This is an ongoing permanent role.

Essential skills for this role:
  • Demonstrated extensive experience and a proven track record in IT Service Management;
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in managing IT services, trends and best practices, and support processes and procedures.
  • An expert-level understanding of the ITIL® Processes.
  • Extensive experience in managing multiple teams including service management and IT operations.
  • Senior experience and knowledge of Service Management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Outstanding communication skills as well as vendonr and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications required:
  • ITIL® V3 Expert certification (preferred)
