This is a permanent position with a flexible salary package available.
Key skills and experiences:
- At least 18 months working on a technical service desk in a B2B environment
- Experience working in a contact centre environment
- An IT related degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
