We are currently looking for an experienced L&D Advisor to work with our well-established client based in the heart of Perth but with potential regional travel.

Key responsibilities of role;
  • Designing and developing engaging learning programs and being involved with the end-to-end training cycle.
  • Identifying regional and Perth-based learning / training needs and co-ordinating with the e-learning platform developers and senior managers to ensure the right training is delivered to your colleagues. 
  • There may be some travel to regional WA to deliver training and workshops and potentially providing coaching.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of a new learning governance program.
Key skills and experience;
  • Degree in HR or Learning &Development / Training & Development.
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment.
  • Comfortable presenting to mid-large sized groups and just as comfortable tailoring 1:1 development plans with individuals. 
  • On top of the latest research, trends and techniques to produce high-quality learning materials.
