Due to the implementation of Office 365 suite, our client based in the South Eastern Suburbs is seeking an Office 365 Consultant for a 6-month initial contract. Reporting to the Applications Services Coordinator, you will be developing, configuring and maintaining the SharePoint portals including custom solutions, sites, pages and document libraries including access control and issue resolution. You will be a hands-on administrator in O365 and also be able to design and publish Power BI reports.

In the role, you will also be running workshops and have a conversation with stakeholder at all levels around best practices around O365 implementation /migrations.

To apply for this contract you will need the following skills and experience:
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of O365 including SharePoint, Power BI, Teams, Planner, One Drive, Flows, etc., with a strong preference to automating tasks
  • Experience with numerous Implementations and Migrations to O365 (SharePoint Intranet, using tools like Sharegate, etc.)
  • Experience with Windows Servers and Desktop (preferable)
  • Any Microsoft certifications relevant to Office 365 products (preferable)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Experience ability to manage third party vendors
  • Ability to translate customer business requirements into solutions
  • Experience developing automated scripts for process mapping and service delivery
