Experience and technical skills required:
- Experience in corporate systems support environments and experience applying relevant ITIL service management processes, including coordinating external service provider support, configurations and enhancements.
- Experience in SharePoint site administration and configuration of site collections in SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online.
- A working knowledge of at least one other customer collaboration tool such as CRM or Marval.
- Well-developed problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer interaction and consultation skills, and a personal commitment to proactive customer service.
