You will be sitting within a team that provide operational support to maximise business efficiencies. Centre of excellence focused on providing timely and accurate support areas of establishment, continuous improvement, performance reporting and forecast of head count.
Responsibilities and requirements for success in this role includes:
- Background in a similar role
- Understand or background in end-to-end recruitment (high volume)
- Great stakeholder management
- Experience with MS Office suite
- Ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and manage a large workload
- Adaptability, flexibility and high attention to detail
- Data Entry
- Positive attitude towards disability - direct or indirect experience within this sector or within health, aged care, medical, not-for-profit, volunteering or community involvement HIGHLY regarded
