Essential Skills and Experience Required:
- 5 + years across procurement, contracts and sourcing
- Ability to engage with procurement teams and stakeholders to complete a capability and change needs analysis
- Experience completing current state assessments of procurement learning content
- Previous experience in designing procurement capability and change programmes
- Ability to design capability and change approach and content for the best fit learning delivery mediums
- Strong facilitation skills- ability to deliver face to face learning
- Degree in Business, Procurement, HR or Management
- Proactive and results driven
- Mining industry experience
- Team player with strong communication and negotiation skills
