To be considered for this role you must be locally Perth based, be a self-starter and have worked in a commercial or procurement role with strong contracts, sourcing, capability and change management experience. Essential Skills and Experience Required:
  • 5 + years across procurement, contracts and sourcing
  • Ability to engage with procurement teams and stakeholders to complete a capability and change needs analysis
  • Experience completing current state assessments of procurement learning content
  • Previous experience in designing procurement capability and change programmes
  • Ability to design capability and change approach and content for the best fit learning delivery mediums
  • Strong facilitation skills- ability to deliver face to face learning
  • Degree in Business, Procurement, HR or Management
  • Proactive and results driven 
  • Mining industry experience
  • Team player with strong communication and negotiation skills
