This Government Agency is seeking an experienced Program Test Manager will be responsible for overall test delivery of a large and complex program of work and will have complete oversight and accountability for both technical and non-technical testing.

You will be responsible for:
  • Define, Develop and communicate the test strategy for the program.
  • Plan, Manage and Oversee the end to end testing - both technical & business
  • Develop the master test plan including test strategy, QA methodologies, test phases, planned execution cycles
  • Lead and Manage the Test Resources
  • Vendor Collaboration & Management - Ability to liaise with external Vendors / Technology Partners to obtain best results.
Key Skills:
  • Strong experience in Program Test Management in an enterprise organisation
  • Experience working in or with Tier 1 consulting/organisations highly valued
  • Works well under pressure and and isn't afraid of "longer than normal" hours
  • Have prior exposure working in an AGILE environments/teams using methodologies such as, SCRUM, KANBAN, XP and exposure to supporting tools.
  • Natural leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative culture and excellent Managerial Skills
