Multiple opportunities exist for motivated individuals with 3+ years' experience in providing administration support to teams ideally in the government sector. The selected candidates will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ideally be available to start a new role in the next 2 weeks.

Skills/ Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in an admin or Jr project support role
  • Experience in taking accurate minutes and meeting notes
  • Ability to prepare and generate reports
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the business
  • Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to run with governance activities
  • Ability to assist with project support activities
  • Experience in booking meetings and coordinating attendees
  • Ability to arrange travel and offsite visits and propose itineraries
  • Clean drivers license and own transport
  • Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills
