Our client, who is a world leader in their industry, offers modern work facilities based in the central Perth CBD. Due to an increase in significant, large scale, project-based work, they require multiple Project Controllers to join them on a contract basis. Contributing to PMO and Project Services teams, successful applicants will be required to contribute to the following:
  • Purchase Order management - raising; tracking; escalating and receipting including liaising with suppliers and vendors
  • Freight and logistics management, including co-ordination of deliveries between vendors and remote company sites
  • Planning and co-ordinating mobilisation activities for 3rd party and company team members
  • Supporting the project team with HSE including inductions and on-boarding
  • Diverse administrative processes including time-sheet administration and maintaining electronic files
  • Provision of administrative support to a multi-disciplinary program team
Applicants with varying levels of commercial experience within the 'Resources Sector' will be highly regarded, as will those with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Coupled with effective Office 365 skills, applicants who can demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities will have a distinct advantage in the selection process for these highly sought-after contract roles.
