Key Skills required:
- Facilitate workshops with the global products lead so they can show us how to process TBS NSOs for specific vendors
- Go back and document / create work instructions so that the current team can commence shadow support
- Demonstrate to the target Channel Care support team on how to process through to go live.
- MS teams conference calls, recording and playing back Stream sessions, documenting process steps to level 3 with screenshots, MS wiki
- Previous experience at TELSTRA highly desirable
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong reporting skills
