Core role requirements:
- To review the current customer contact model and Field Sales resource deployment
- To model and propose customer contact model for Field Sales based on criteria
- To implement potential changes to customer contact model in early Jan & support communication to wider business
- Strong Excel data model experience, specifically making changes to customer contact via an inputs page that adjusts FTE count. FTE = Full Time Equivalent
- Must have strong engagement experience with senior stakeholders.
