Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced 'Project Delivery Manager' to manage for the delivery of a number of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and delivery of projects, identifying inter-dependencies and leveraging resources to maximise efficiencies and achieve required organisation outcomes
  • Lead and oversee all aspects of project development and implementation across specified projects, including preparing, managing and monitoring project plans
  • Lead and establish appropriate processes, identifying, allocating and managing resources, and meeting reporting requirements, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget and within Department guidelines
  • Lead and manage a small project team, to deliver all key project/s milestones and outcomes
  • Be highly skilled at managing stakeholder relationships to deliver outcomes through effective communication, negotiation and issues management
  • Problem solve and provide advice and information to stakeholders on emerging project issues and present recommendations to support project delivery in line with established plans and policy objectives
  • Previous experience and project management knowledge within a delivery context
  • A minimum of 2-3 years Government experience is essential
  • Flexibility to travel for stakeholder consultation and department events
