This state government department is currently looking for a Project Manager to oversee the implementation of a HRIS and Payroll system. You will have strong project management background and experience in supporting system implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of HRIS and Payroll systems (at least 5 years). Experience with Kronos is preferred, however, not mandatory.
  • Ensure project(s) are implemented within the agreed constraints of schedule, user expectations and cost.
  • Prepare and/or manage the development of PM documentation e.g. Business Case, Risk/Issue/Decision management
  • Working closely with the Business Analyst, managing and developing project related documents
  • Identify process improvement & efficiency opportunities related to time & attendance, Payroll and on-boarding processes.
Key Skills:
  • Strong Project Manager experience ideally in Government, Non- for Profit and Unionised environments
  • System implementation and HRIS system implementation experience
  • An ability to work with people at all levels within the organisation
  • Strong planning, analysis and documentation skills
  • Strong drive and ability to get things done
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
