About the role:
Our client is undertaking a large system replacement of our Billing and Collection platform. A position is required to support the project in all aspects of administration, record keeping, finance management, resourcing, schedule and reporting. 

Key responsibilites:
  • Set up and maintain project files
  • Establish document control procedures
  • Collect actuals data and forecasts and perform accruals
  • Update plans
  • Administer or assist quality review processes
  • Administer or assist project meetings
  • Create weekly status reports
  • Create project steering committee pack and take minutes
  • Create Board paper cover notes
  • Contribute expertise in specialist tools and techniques (for example, planning and control tools, risk analysis)
  • Maintain the following records
  • Quality Register and RAID logs
  • Configuration Item Records
  • Any other registers/ logs delegated by the Program Manager
  • Administer the configuration management procedure
  • Administer the receipt, identification, versions, storage and issue of all project products
  • Provide information on the status of all products
  • Archive superseded product copies
  • Ensure the security and preservation of the master copies of all project products
  • Maintain a record of all copies used
  • Notify holders of any changes to their copies
  • Number, record, store and distribute Issue ReportsConduct configuration audits
