Well-established client are further expanding their WA operations, due to the increase in projects they require a Project Scheduler to work alongside both the Project Managers and move into a project management role over time.

You will be responsible for areas including:
  • Support project monitoring by updating the schedule; regularly updating the schedule; explaining schedule variances; reporting on trends and activities on the critical path; assist the PM to identify and resolve schedule performance issues.
  • Support project planning by collating information from documentation, project team to develop a schedule.
  • Manage & develop reports/dashboards to communicate performance to various teams and levels of management.
  • Ensure strong Governance and Assurance practices are implemented and applied.
Skills/Background/Qualifications required:
  • 4 + years' experience as a Project Scheduler in large environments.
  • Significant experience using Microsoft Project
  • Experience within one of the following construction, electrical, HVAC or engineering 
  • Experience in uplifting project schedule quality
  • Experience providing project schedule analysis and Support
  • Ability to analyse, problem solve and make decisions within a pressurised environment
