About the role
Provide quality input into record management requirements.   

Responsibilities
  • Assist the business with the capture of business information by scanning
  • Assist with all information audit activities
  • Save and accurately classify scanned documents in the Record Management System
  • Develop, maintain and administer the Content Manager 9.3 EDRMS system
  • Create hard and soft copy CM 9.3 folders
  • Perform other duties as required by the group/business unit
Required
  • Min 5 years of experience in records management
  • Experience with EDRMS or CM 9.3
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in the public sector - highly regarded
  • Ability to start ASAP
