The role
This Government agency is seeking an experienced Records Officer to join their team.

You will be responsible for
  • Filling, archiving and other records management duties
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the records management strategy
  • Develop, maintain and administer Content manager 9.3 EDRMS system 
  • Create hard and soft copy CM 9.3 folders
  • Maintain effective records management including databases, quality assurance manuals and template documents 
You will have
  • Min 5 years of experience as a Records officer
  • Experience working with EDRMS or CM 9.3
  • Experience with MS office suite including Excel 
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
