We have an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing digital team within the financial services sector. This is a newly created position and will be reporting directly into the head of digital delivery. This is a great opporutntiy for you to really make your mark on the platform and be invovled in a game-changing digital transformation. 

We are looking for a candidate who is extremely proficient with the Salesforce platform, as well as someone who has excellent stakeholder and people management skills. You will be accountable for the end-to-end build of the platform, while also managing a high perforing team. You will also be working closely with IT to ensure the best digital outcomes are delivered across the business.

Role responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of business requirements across the Salesforce CRM and Service platform, working closely with IT to ensure the right digital outcomes are delivered
  • Define the minimum viable product, in conjunction with relevant business stakeholders for product launch and successive iterations
  • Provide leadership and mentoring as required for the platform owner community, supporting, and developing more junior platform owners
  • Recommend and implement the appropriate technology, functionality across projects
  • Help Define the product and service vision and requirements based on customer needs and business objectives
  • Support the evolvement of the agile working model, with a focus on continual improvements to drive efficiency and quality
  • Communicate & mitigate risks that are not able to be resolved by the team itself

Key skills and experiences
  • Extensive experience working in the development and implementations of Salesforce platforms
  • Developing and implementing Salesforce across Sales and Service Cloud
  • A strong understanding of Agile practices, with a particular focus on the Scrum framework
  • Previous experience managing a team and a track record of success for delivery
  • Strong hands on experience as a salesforce developer/architect essential
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry advantageous
