Senior Business Analyst required with previous Salesforce experience to join an established agile portfolio.  You will have strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement skills to elicit requirements, see the big picture and work with both business and technical teams.

Key accountabilities
Work closely with the business and technical stakeholders to define scope/s, requirements, business processes and functional aspects for Salesforce platform enhancements/ business features
Document requirements, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Business Processes
Prioritise sprints with the Scrum Master and business stakeholders
Work with Agile delivery team/s
Prepare user acceptance testing (UAT) and work with testers through to execution
Work with developers to guide them through solution design and feature development
Support the Project Manager in development of project artefacts such as business continuity plans and operational plans etc.

Key Skills and experience required
Previous experience as a Senior Business Analyst working in large and complex organisations
Solid Business Analyst experience across requirement gathering, analysis, business process development, use cases etc.
Proven experience communicating with the business and IT teams, stakeholder management
Salesforce projects and enhancements experience required
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent workshop facilitation practice
Ability to work in both and Agile and Waterfall or hybrid methodology
