As a Salesforce Support Developer, you will be responsible for triaging, troubleshooting, designing, developing and deploying Salesforce components. The role will involve managing tickets raised by internal users and stakeholders, understanding the issues and/or requirements and then taking ownership of the change through its entire life cycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor Salesforce support queues for issues raised by internal users
- Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
- Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
- Designing, coding and implementing Salesforce applications
- Testing the stability and functionality of the application
- Maintaining the security and integrity of the software
- Minimum 3 years + experience in development including relevant Salesforce experience
- Salesforce Admin certification is a must with Platform Developer 1 and 2 certification an advantage
- Experience in Java, JavaScript and/or Selenium scripts
- Experience with CI/CD and Jenkins
- Experience using Salesforce Shield is highly desired and a major advantage
- Experience with Einstein Analytics an advantage
- Experience in Salesforce integrations
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
