As the Senior BA you will lead and manage the requirement definition and documentation for system features. You will be supporting a large SAP SuccessFactors implementation project for the department, which is in the early stages. You will offer strong experience supporting SuccessFactors and/or HCM implementations, strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
Offices are based in Kew, with staff currently working from home.
Key skills required:
- Strong SAP Success Factors HCM & ECP experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or HR subject matter expert.
- Ability to lead fit gap analysis workshops and provide clear functional business requirement documentation from the baseline configuration.
- Strong experience in government procurement processes, including the preparation of requirements documents for market release and market evaluations.
- Ability to lead the ICT requirements management and consultation process and apply creative and advanced problem-solving skills to resolve issues or problems that have significant and/or organisation wide impact.
