Talent is looking to hire a Senior Change Analyst responsible for delivering change activities including assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation of change to ensure successful implementation of a number of high-profile projects.

Responsibilities: 
* Development and execution of engagement and communication roadmap that supports successful program and customer outcomes
* Embed relevant tools to enable the team to deliver effective education and communication  stakeholders
* Providing leadership on communication and engagement integration to ensure the successful execution of the transitions and achievement of outcomes 
* Develop networks and collaborate where required with relevant parties eg: External Relations, Jetson stream leaders, business leaders and those located nationally to drive outcomes
* Drive the change champion network and functioning rhythm
* Coach and mentor change champions network to set them up for success

Skills:
* Ability to partner and influence leaders and business decisions to deliver transition engagement outcomes
* Highly developed coaching skills enabling the business to adapt to significant change
* Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders
* Ability to translate strategic vision into relevant and meaningful stories
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to collaborate and work cross functionally to integrate complex solutions to issues

Knowledge:
* Knowledge of change management frameworks / methodologies, project governance and risk management, IR and legal requirements of change
* Knowledge of the key business drivers , implications of change for the business and impact upon our people
* Knowledge of Agile methodology

Experience:
* Experienced in risk and issue management
* Over 3 years experience in communications / engagement roles
* Leading engagement strategies for significant change projects, and building high quality change, communication and engagement plans
