About
Talent is looking to hire a Senior Change Analyst responsible for delivering change activities including assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation of change to ensure successful implementation of a number of high-profile projects

Accountabilities
  • Development and execution of engagement and communication roadmap that supports successful program and customer outcomes with an agile delivery framework
  • Partner CX Product Owner & Stream Lead to develop and implement robust change plans specific to each increment release
  • Embed relevant tools to enable the team to deliver content to their stakeholder's in line with engagement rhythm
  • Providing leadership on communication and engagement integration to ensure the successful execution of the change and achievement of positive outcomes 
  • Develop networks and collaborate where required with relevant parties eg: External Relations, stream leaders, business leaders and those located nationally to drive change
  • Ensure risks and points of resistance are identified, and specific plans to mitigate or address these developed, ensure change readiness assessments conducted
  • Drive the change champion network and functioning rhythm
  • Coach and mentor change champion's network to set them up for success
  • Implement and manage change success tracking measures
Skills
  • Ability to partner and influence leaders and business decisions to deliver positive change outcomes
  • Highly developed coaching skills enabling the business to adapt to significant change Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to translate strategic vision into relevant and meaningful stories
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to integrate complex solutions to issues
  • Superior organizational skills including the ability to manage up and across the team to deliver/support the teams ineffective outcomes
  • Execution of change using Agile methodology
Experience:
  • Over 3 years' experience in communications/engagement roles, preferably in FMCG or consumer business
  • Experience partnering senior leaders
  • Experienced in risk and issue management
  • Leading change within an Agile project environment, building engagement strategies, communication & change plans for change projects
