Our federal client based in Geelong is undertaking a large-scale business transformation overhauling the disability sector. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Communications and Change Officer to take a strategic role in a range of projects including a major intranet redevelopment to be rolled out nationally.
Initial 12 month contract with the option to be based in Melbourne CBD or Geelong.
The Role
In this role you will oversee communications for a major change programme of work, as well as a range of other smaller initiatives. The role will include development of multi-channel communication strategies to engage with key audiences both internally and externally, and content development, execution, delivery and tracking of communications in accordance with the organisation's change management framework and change blueprint.
Selection Criteria
- Strong communications experience in a similar capacity, within a project/change context
- Previous government/public sector experience is ideal
- Australian Citizenship required or Permanent Residency to clear background checks
This long term contracting opportunity is an APS6 level role offering $51.50 + super per hour.
