Due to increased business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Contact Centre Support Desk Analyst, to join an Australian owned and based company in Sydney CBD.
This is a permanent position with a flexible salary package available. This role will be best suited to a Level 2-3 Contact Centre Support Engineer who is seeking a leadership role with scope to develop.
Key skills and experiences:
- 5+ years of experience working in a level 2-3 Contact Centre support role
- Experience working within a contact centre environment previously is essential
- Must be currently working on a local contact centre support desk at a mid-senior level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
